LovToDate reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be permanently removed. 4. Diamond Membership Diamond Membership includes everything available in Platinum Membership together with exclusive premium benefits, including: * Live Video Calling * Diamond VIP Badge * Matchmaking Assistance * Maximum Profile Visibility * Personal Profile Review * Dedicated VIP Customer Support * FREE entry to eligible Speed Dating Events * FREE entry to eligible Meetup Events * Invitations to exclusive Diamond Member Events LovToDate reserves the right to amend membership features from time to time. 8. Subscription Payments Membership subscriptions are billed in advance. Payment methods may include: * PayPal * Stripe * Other supported payment providers introduced in the future. Subscription prices are displayed before payment is taken. 9. Subscription Renewals Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Members are responsible for managing their subscription through their account settings. 10. Cancellations & Refunds Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable. LovToDate may issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. 11. Acceptable Use Members agree not to: * Create fake profiles. * Impersonate another individual. * Harass, threaten or abuse other members. * Upload offensive, obscene or illegal material. * Attempt to obtain money from other members through deception. * Promote scams or fraudulent activity. * Send spam or unsolicited advertising. * Circumvent the security of the Platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. 12. Community Standards Members are expected to: * Treat others respectfully. * Communicate honestly. * Respect other members’ privacy. * Report suspicious activity. * Help maintain a safe and welcoming community. Messaging & Live Video Calling LovToDate provides messaging and, where applicable, voice calling and live video calling services. Members must not: * Record voice or video calls without the consent of all participants where required by law. * Share inappropriate, abusive or unlawful content. * Use messaging, voice calling or video calling for unlawful purposes. * Harass, intimidate or threaten other members. Voice Calling is available to Platinum and Diamond Members. Live Video Calling is currently available exclusively to Diamond Members. LovToDate reserves the right to suspend messaging, voice calling or video calling privileges where misuse is detected. 14. Speed Dating & Meetup Events LovToDate may organise online or in-person Speed Dating and Meetup Events. Membership benefits include: Gold * Full Admission Fee Platinum * 50% Discount Diamond * Free Admission LovToDate reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend events where necessary. Members attend events at their own discretion and are responsible for their own conduct. 15. LovToDate Gifts LovToDate allows members to purchase virtual gifts for other members. Virtual gifts are digital items only and have no cash value to the purchaser. Eligible recipients may receive earnings through the LovToDate Wallet in accordance with the Gift Policy. Current Gift Policy: * LovToDate retains 60% of the gift value. * Eligible recipients receive 40% of the gift value. * Minimum withdrawal amount: £50. * Withdrawals are normally processed monthly. * Identity Verification is required before the first withdrawal. LovToDate reserves the right to amend the Gift Policy at any time. 16. LovToDate Wallet Eligible members may accumulate gift earnings within their LovToDate Wallet. Members may view: * Current Balance * Pending Balance * Gift History * Withdrawal History * Next Payment Date LovToDate reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud, chargebacks or suspicious activity is detected. 17. LovToDate Offers LovToDate Offers is a section of the Platform where carefully selected third-party businesses may advertise their products and services to LovToDate members. Businesses may include, but are not limited to: * Restaurants * Cafés * Hotels * Spas * Tourist Attractions * Travel Companies * Florists * Hair & Beauty * Shopping * Laundry & Dry Cleaning * Entertainment * Professional Services * Other suitable businesses LovToDate does not own, operate or control these businesses and is not responsible for the products or services they provide. Any agreement entered into between a member and a third-party business is solely between those parties. 18. Account Suspension & Termination LovToDate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that: * Breach these Terms & Conditions. * Engage in fraudulent activity. * Abuse or harass other members. * Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform. Refunds will not normally be provided where suspension results from a breach of these Terms. 19. Intellectual Property All website content, branding, graphics, software, text, logos and other material remain the intellectual property of PHRENZIE LIMITED unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written permission. 20. Limitation of Liability LovToDate provides a platform to enable members to meet and communicate. LovToDate does not guarantee: * Successful relationships. * Compatibility between members. * The behaviour of individual members. * Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Members use the Platform at their own risk. 21. Changes to these Terms LovToDate may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 22. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
